- A~~Feb 11, 20265.0My family and I have gone to Chardonnay Dental for many years from Kennewick, and honestly, the only reason we have not gone here for 100% of our dental care is simply the distance driving and the fact I do not like traffic (ha)! I have been to many many dental practices here in Tri-Cities in my 31 years living there, and can tell you the best consistent service and kindness is at Chardonnay (there is a reason I drive far away!). I have never had any issues whatsoever at this office like I have at times encountered in Tri-Cities. I had a really horrible experience at a Tri-Cities dentistry, and coming here is a night-and-day difference - they GENUINELY care about you. I feel much safer taking my children here than certain other offices. I appreciate so much the **genuine** kindness and compassion from the front desk staff (especially Alejandra - she is so sweet and always the best!), but also the current dental research (a personal interest of mine!) Dr. Borchert was aware of. Thank you for your kindness. Will continue recommending you guys, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring about patients.
