All this time they were saying my doctor wasn't approving the refill so I kept calling my doctor's office to confirm everything had been approved (of course). On another occasion, the technician wouldn't give me the oral syringes for my kid's medication even though I was even showing her where they kept them (been refilling for months so I already knew), but she adamantly said, "I've been working here for 5 years and we never had those syringes, I don't know what you're talking about". How am I supposed to be measuring 5 ml at home??
