Fred Meyer pharmacy has gone downhill. They can’t get prescriptions filled when they are supposed to and the lady that works there, specifically Diana is super unfriendly and not helpful at all. When it comes to people and their needed medicine, maybe having more understanding and helpful staff would be a great start to help getting things back in line again.

Severely understaffed! Antibiotics that are sent over in the morning are never ready and I have to wait 3 days! Line is always out the door. I’ve wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but I will be switching pharmacy’s

- Indefinite holds, often ending in dropped calls.
- Obnoxious phone tree.
- Frequently says a medication will be ready later. When I go in after it should be ready, they say they haven’t started to fill it.
- Lines progress at a snail’s pace.
- App is useless. Still have to call to get most medications filled.
- Perpetually understaffed.
If this is your pharmacy and you need your medication to live, you might as well die now to get it over with.

SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. Prescriptions have been taking multiple days or even weeks to fill. You have to call them multiple times to get them to even start working on your refill which isn't guaranteed. The line is always very very long. When I complained the pharmacist rolled her eyes at me. It's horrible and dangerous. They do not communicate because they are so understaffed. When you call they often place you on hold for several minutes and then hang up. I don't know how they have been getting away with this for so long without getting fined or closed down.

I HATE Fred Meyer’s pharmacy!
It’s always such a hassle to pick up a prescription. I called in a prescription on Sunday. They said it would be ready Tuesday, but I asked for Monday (11/24). I ended up going Tuesday afternoon. It still wasn’t ready…when it was supposed to be ready Monday. They told me “a couple more hours.” I went back Wednesday and it STILL wasn’t ready. It was going to be another couple of hours. This happens every single time. When I try to call to see if it is ready, either nobody picks up, or I get put on perpetual hold which eventually hangs up.
They claim it’s because they don’t have the staff for the high volume. But they have had months to hire people. I am glad this is not a life threatening medication, but this is still ridiculous to not be able to fill a prescription in 3 days. When I asked for corporate’s number, the pharmacy manager told me to look online. I feel like that is something they should have to give to customers. I am so glad we are moving next month and I won’t have to deal with them anymore.
My prescription that wasn’t ready Tuesday when it was supposed to be ready Monday…
And wasn’t ready Wednesday… Thursday was Thanksgiving and they were closed.
I finally got a hold of a human being after being on hold and then sent to voicemail… it’s STILL not ready on Friday!!! They could’ve had it ready in “a few hours” which is what they have said all week… I told them that was unacceptable and to cancel it. The lady who picked up literally said “fine” and then hung up on me while I was still speaking…
I called a different pharmacy on Monday, 12/1 and asked to transfer my prescriptions to them. They were ready that same afternoon. Thank you South Kitsap Pharmacy.
