  They are going to kill somebody. This store is such a joke they cant fill perceptions in any sort of a timely matter. They are always rude and act like it doesnt matter. Seriously!!! if you had a a medication you needed to live and had a weeks worth left and called in a week ahead to get it refilled, there is still a big chance they wont have it still and they wont be in any hurry to get it filled instead they will tell you to Check back in a week and then they will tell you when you check back "we dont know if itll be done today and cant give you an eta." Go somewhere else!!! This place cant or wont keep up with the needs of the people and if your medication keeps you alive you CANNOT rely on this pharmacy. I cant belive any pharmacy would be as consistently unhelpful as this one has been for 2 months.

  Very poorly designed system. Long, long lines. Stand in the middle of shoppers trying to leave store. Slow to fill. I miss Rite Aid..

  They often have a line going out of the door and that is not an exaggeration. Also, they have never had my prescription ready.When they say they're gonna have it ready. I've gone there about thirty times in each and every time my prescription is never ready. They will tell me that my prescription will be ready at noon and i will get there at 2 PM, giving them an extra 2 hours to get it prepared and still it's not ready. They are absolutely horrible and very unreliable.

  It is like pulling teeth to get them to do their job. They treat you like you are an inconvenience. They have no clue how to properly deal with any of the Tri-Care plans or Medicare. Over charging Veterans and elderly because they don't know how to use their systems. They send text out stating you will be contacted when your Rx is ready, you wait over a week then get talked down too because you asked why you haven't been contacted. Their response "that's from corporate and we are not corporate, you need to call and check if you want your Rx." It's difficult having to go beg for your Rx from rude and crass staff and pharmacist at this location. It needs to change.
