I have had several negative experiences with this pharmacy and the staff. I was recently told to expect a prescription on Wednesday. On Friday afternoon, I visited the store and was told my prescription was not ready, it was my responsibility to ensure I didn’t run out, and I was not notified of the pickup being ready. Lisa Hunt the apparent “pharmacy manager” was RUDE and DISMISSIVE. Thankfully my symptoms aren’t life-threatening! I sure hope no one dies on their watch! 😬

I have patronized Safeway's pharmacy for years. The staff is always patient, pleasant and kind. I have never had an issue. I can always get my vaccines as well. I love the one-stop-shopping advantage of picking up my prescriptions while I do my grocery shopping.

Countless times, these guys have said they'll fill an rx and then don't. There are people that depend on heart medications and they'll delay and delay and delay. Then finally fill it and then proceed to take forever when they could've just done it in the first place. Unacceptable.

It takes days to get prescriptions ordered by doctors after a visit. Today is day 2 waiting on antibiotics ordered by the doctor :( This is not the first time either. I think it is time to switch to a different pharmacy.

I didn’t get a name but my dad and I went in today and the guy working was so pleasant and treated my dad so kindly. They were really busy but he didn’t rush my dad but explained options. My dad even commented on how nice he was too as we were leaving so I know he felt the kindness also.
