When I told hearing specialist this and said I wanted to return the hearing aids she said I was 5 days over the 30. I was, but that was because she was on vacation when my 30 days were up and I had no one to return them to. Once they had my money, they were very unhelpful, including corporate, and I had to fight through my bank to get my money back. Went elsewhere and got much more help and caring and more detailed testing.
