The Man who helped me was absolutely rude, short and made me feel like I was bothering him. Terrible customer service. I work as a CSR in the service industry and he definitely needs better phone training. Update: Gave them another shot, because I really hate Walmart. It’s been a very smooth experience. Nice staff and very helpful. Maybe dude previously was just having an off day. I mean who hasn’t. They even applied some discount card to my scripts since I was a cash customer. I appreciate that!
