I’ve had a couple of times where I’ve had appointments and shown up and they are having issues and I can’t be seen. They don’t even call or text to cancel. In they’ve even sent a text confirming the appointment they cancelled.
This a small dingy office with one lab tech. The first time I went I received adequate service, but at my appointment on 7/21 the technician greeted me with 'I didn't receive orders for you'. I had to go back to my car to get the paper order. When I gave it to her she spent a few minutes on the computer then told me she couldn't find the doctor. She seemed very uninterested in trying to assist me. When I spoke to my doctor's office later they confirmed the order had been sent and expressed frustration that the tech couldn't be bothered to look up the doctor online to verify the info. I am a long time Quest customer, but will now switch to another lab because this location doesn't provide a level of service that is acceptable.

Took my son for labwork yesterday. Informed them he gets a vasovagal reaction, so they should have something ready in case he vomits. They said they don't have anything. I suggested the trash can. They said no, because they have no extra trash bags. I said, my son will just have to vomit on the floor. She said no, because 'we have no cleaning supplies here, not even a mop'. I said, 'well, what now'? She said 'go home and get your own vomit bucket and come back'. I asked her what the health department would think about that. She just gave me a dumbfounded, blank look, then we left. Mind you, this lab is inside a GROCERY STORE, and they DO NOT have any cleaning supplies to ckean up blood, and/or any bodily fluids. BIOHAZARD MUCH???

Quest moved from the Lacey site and failed to notify any clients I am aware of. You wasted 2 hours of my time....so unprofessional😳
