- MMMandi MillerSep 21, 20251.0It is becoming a more than regular occurrence to wait more than 15 minutes after the pharmacy is supposed to open before anyone actually shows up. Two weekends ago we waited for over 40 minutes and ended up leaving and after calling they didn't even have the meds my dad needed ready even though they had been called in 5 days prior. They need to hire better staff or have some sort of training. Once is one thing, almost every weekend is inexcusable.

However, over the last couple years, service had diminished here. I moved out of town, but this pharmacy is near my provider. They never have my prescription ready when I get there. Even when it has been there for a while. It is not isolated, it is my whole family. Tried to move to another pharmacy, response was challengumg, instead of helpful. Will be looking for something friendlier and closer to home, that is not a mill.
