One of the pharmacists even called me to let me know the price of one of my medicines would be high and he didn't want me to have "sticker shock." They have called the doctors' offices for me and talked to the doctors' personnel to get my medications shorted out, which is unheard of in my history of pharmacies. Really awesome service!

He opened a new batch of the four hour ones and told me they were the 12 hour ones I told them that they were the four hour ones and I wanted the 12 hour ones. He said that they had the 24 hour ones but they were a different brand. They don’t make 24 hour Sudafed. In the end I just bought the four hour ones because I was tired of arguing with him. But why does an employee argue with a customer instead of looking at what he’s actually giving them?

- 777N7Nov 16, 20255.0Had to transfer our prescriptions to this pharmacy because Bartel has closed. It was a very smooth process. Safeway pharmacy rep was very helpful, knowledgable and patient. She helped me to find it on my Safeway App too. It’s very helpful to see the progress on it too. So far I haven’t had any negative experiences there at all. It takes two to tango so if you are nice and polite the other person would be too. I also got my flu vaccine there and the experience was great. I’ll be going there for my 2nd shot of shingles also. It’s very convenient and easy to schedule it online.
