    Usually fast and awesome. Sunday hours 10-6. Get there at 1:28pm and it's all closed. Pharmacy worker looks at me then locks the door without a word, turns his back and walks away. A whole.

    I have refilled a critical medication here for my pet every month for nearly 5 years. For a while, the care was great but recently, every time I go to refill the prescription, there is a problem. Either they didn’t receive the refill from the vet (despite me having a physical confirmation that the script was sent) or their refill system gives the wrong time or some kind of prior authorization is required. When I call to follow up, I just get excuses: their fax machine must not have been working, their phone system gives the wrong times and I should ignore it, they can’t dispense the medication for another few days despite previously saying they could only dispense it on a specific day. Every time, the goal posts move despite me asking for clarification of whatever new rule or process I need to be aware of. Frankly, it seems like they just don’t take our pet’s care seriously. If I had a choice, I would literally go anywhere else.
