    I have refilled a critical medication here for my pet every month for nearly 5 years. For a while, the care was great but recently, every time I go to refill the prescription, there is a problem. Either they didn’t receive the refill from the vet (despite me having a physical confirmation that the script was sent) or their refill system gives the wrong time or some kind of prior authorization is required. When I call to follow up, I just get excuses: their fax machine must not have been working, their phone system gives the wrong times and I should ignore it, they can’t dispense the medication for another few days despite previously saying they could only dispense it on a specific day. Every time, the goal posts move despite me asking for clarification of whatever new rule or process I need to be aware of. Frankly, it seems like they just don’t take our pet’s care seriously. If I had a choice, I would literally go anywhere else.

    Pharmacist saved my life from an extremely dangerous mouthwash transferred from another pharmacy I had been using for years. They didn't have the amount to use each time and without that information I was at extreme risk of drinking the entire bottle because I don't know how mouth wash works. That was a close one!!!

    Don't even bother making an appointment at the pharmacy. I've been waiting with my two VERY anxious children to get their RSV vaccination for 35 minutes so far (yes, STILL waiting while I write this) and all they've told me is to "wander around for a bit" and then to "wait for the pharmacist" while they serve people that were in line AFTER I was. Paperwork was not ready, vaccines weren't ready (again; I booked APPOINTMENTS for this) and absolutely no concern or apologies have been made for their incompetence. Zero compassion. Absolutely unprofessional.
