This is the slowest pharmacy on the planet. There could be 3 people in line and you’ll still wait 30 minutes+. They also just let people cut the line to the counter

The service at this Pharmacy has gone from worse to ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I went there yesterday to pick up my prescription and at first the lady at the counter said my insurance had expired and she cannot take it. I had just used the same Insurance yesterday morning at a ENT clinic and it worked perfectly. The new staff there has no knowledge of anything. Then she sorted that out with someone senior and asked me to come back in 15 min. I went back after 20 min and she handed over to me someone else's Medicines. I told her that is Not mine and she took another 10 min to search to finally tell me its not ready yet. I had another appointment so i said i will collect it today. I do not know the name of this lady staff but she is definetely very inexperienced and very inconsiderate. People are there for medications becuase they are ill and there is a dire need. Its not like we are buying grocery. That ladt was rude and inconsiderate. I saw her treating another veteran senior person also very harshly Today evening , I went there again and they are sayiong 15 min , yet again. I am definetely switching pharmacies Earlier in the day, i tried calling on phone to check if my prescription is ready and nobody was picking up the phone

We scheduled an appointment for a vaccine, but when we arrived, they were not taking anyone in. We ended up waiting in the waiting area for 45 minutes with no clear communication. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, the pharmacist responded very rudely. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
