I needed classes that were 6am, helped me with my flexibility and fitness goals and this was it. I tried barre, solid core, hot yoga, personal trainer and club Pilates has been the best fit for me!
- JHJING HU6 days ago1.0I provided 30 day notice to cancel the membership, but this institution still charge me twice for next two months after I provided the cancellation notification. I feel disappointed.

The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because sometimes I cannot get into a class because it is full, which can be frustrating. And I feel the price is pretty high.
- VWVanessa Winkler-LangeApr 1, 20265.0I will say I thought I'd hate it and never go... I've made it to 9 classes in my first month. I've loved every second of each class even if I felt it later. I'm not a super fit person, I don't regularly exercise, I'm 16 weeks post op from a hysterectomy and have auto immune issues that cause me to hate exercise because I need low impact. I'm obsessed. I have been welcomed by every teacher and fellow class attendee. Everyone is so helpful and the guidance is exceptional. Teachers are fun and engaged making sure you are in correct form and working to your ability not to others in class. Everytime I come to class I'm learning something new and realizing how many muscles I've never used. Ive solved upper back muscles ache I've had for years that no amount of chiropractic or massage therapy could solve. All in all I absolutely love and would 100% recommend Newcastle Club Pilates!!!

I wish I had started Pilates sooner—the reformer looked a bit intimidating at first, but it’s actually fun and easier to get the hang of than I expected. Overall, a very positive experience and a great studio.
