Staff always treats customers as if they're wasting their time. They are rude and dismissive and they never short to cut you off and rush you. I started going to the bellingham safe way just to avoid them.

The pharmacy either is very slow or incompetent. Sadly, I stood in line to pick up one prescription and it took me 26 minutes. This is ridiculous. I hope another pharmacy nearby will open soon. I didn't have this issue with Rite Aid before they closed their stores.

Was given a wait time of around 40 minutes for insulin pen needles after we already called in three days prior and they said it'd be ready today. Almost an andditional hour wait for pen needles that should have been ready is ridiculous now husband is out and can't just come back whenever.. People have work and expect their prescriptions to be ready when they're told they would be.

Called 3 days in a row for my medication. Showed up today still needed two hours.... got there two hours later waited at the front counter for 30 more minutes for a finger of a guy that was shoppin1g for candy.... then had to wait longer for them to pit in my insurance. Over all slow and unprofessional, didn't think any other pharmacy was worse then Walmart, I was wrong.

Slacking since Andrea left. Auto refills is a joke. I have over ten medications there and I’m considering moving them to another location
