  This is the2nd time I've been to Ray for my lab work. He is extremely skilled and efficent! Also very personable! I suspect he is the reason the are booked up a few days in advance. I went in as a walk- in and he had 2 other appointments and was still able to work me in quickly. Thank you, Ray!

  Easy experience. Sign up and check in went smoothly. I arrived early and was able to see the phlebotomist right away. Ray was kind and professional. At my request he used a smaller needle, a butterfly, to draw blood. Afterwards there was no bruising! Usually I have pooled blood around the injection site. Not this time. Pleased with this lab.

  When I arrived the lunch should have been over, instead it had just began. Ended up behind 5 others that had appointments. Staff was friendly. BUT she used her gloves to remove gum from her mouth, and then quickly removed the needle in my arm; EWWW!! And there was no hand washing that happened between me and the gal after me, so I doubt it happened before me. More sanitary conditions happen in a kitchen than a medical situation?! And on top of it all I’m sick now 48 hours later, I’m sure from your lack of sanitary hygiene.

  I went to get blood drawn for my doctor. The man who took my blood was extremely rude to me, accusing me of coming in and out of the office saying that he’s been waiting for me and asking why do I keep coming in and out and not waiting for him. I told him he has me mistaken for someone else, that I had just gotten there and I came straight from work across the street. He rolled him eyes at me and told me to “let’s go then” He was quick to draw my blood, I tried to make polite conversation, telling him he does a good job with making sure he had the vain and everything, he again rolled his eyes at me and said, “I know” he let me know that my doctor wanted a urinalysis done as well, so I asked him for a hat and let him know that I would try my best. The restroom he brought me to was absolutely disgusting! The floors were do dirty as well as the toilet! I had to use the towelette wipes to clean the seat since there weren’t any cleaning supplies in there. Then the hand soap was basically gone. I had to shake the bottle so some would trickle out.

  Showed up at 730 on thursday and it’s now 750 and no one is in the office. Calling just goes to a useless AI phone tree which is awful and should be outlawed. Incredibly unprofessional office and business. Do your shareholders need this much money that you can’t staff your offices or phone lines? Despicable
