  Would not recommend if you're a veteran, nurse was not able to respectfully provide the service before seeing the doctor.

  We were referred to Division Street Dental two years ago. What a superb practice! From Cheryl at the front desk to Dr. Heron and her entire team, every step of their process delivers expertise, efficiency, and thorough explanation of procedures (treatment, preventive care, insurance reimbursements). All carried out with warmth and kindness. Our teeth are so happy…highly recommended!

  Have you been avoiding the dentist for years?? Do you have past experiences that make you anxious to go to the dentist?? Well, that was me. I couldn't remember a time that going to the dentist was not painful...so I formed the "if it's not broke don't fix it" rule. Do I sound like a commercial yet? I should, I would gladly be their spokesperson. Fast forward to the good stuff. Dr. Heron read my chart-do you ever feel like you fill out forms just so they can ask you the same questions after you get in the chair? She knew I had had issues with pain and a little anxiety. She asked questions about where the pain was located, and gave reasons why injections may not have worked in the past. She kept the language clear and added humor to ease the mood. It had been 10 years since my last appointment, never did she make me feel bad about it...just moved on to what we needed to do. Let me tell you, she had a lot of fixing to do to start to get me on the right track..I have been to multiple appointments.....and they have been AMAZING! Not a titch of pain. She is phenomenal about checking in after appointments, especially if she thinks they may have been rough on you (ex. Any pain, how is the bite). She is entertaining, witty and I appreciate her taste in tv shows. Now, I realize this review has been me gushing all about Dr. Heron....but for the record any staff member I have come across has been fabulous-front desk, dental hygienist, assistants. I cannot speak to the work of the other two dentists, but I have a feeling they are just as incredible since they literally created Dr. Heron. I realize that sounds odd, no they are not the Frankensteins....It's a family run business (mama/papa/daughter & dental goddess). My diatribe is over, make an appointment today...just not when I need one.
