- BJBeautySourceress (Jade)4 days ago2.0It’s unfortunate Rite Aid shut down. Fred Myers never has my scripts ready when I call. I never receive calls when my scripts are ready. The lady on the phone was completely rude to me like it’s MY fault they aren’t doing their own jobs when I call in to check on the status as THEY NEVER REACH OUT. She ended the call abruptly with a rude THANKS! And hung up. Costumer service is trash at Monroe Fred myers pharmacy. It’s unfortunate I have to be a costumer to this location. CVS can’t open up soon enough as I’m not even one month into being a Fred myers costumer and I’m already over it.

Received a phone call telling me my prescription was ready went to pick up and was told they didnt have anything for me! I wish they had a drive thru, but that is just a luxury. My mom’s meds are always ready to pick up on time. If I have a new prescription, I call ahead so I don’t have a wait. If I have any questions the pharmacist is always happy to answer them. I give them 5 ***** for great service. I have tried other pharmacies before I started with Fred Meyer, and it was always problem, after problem. I was thankful this one was a keeper!!
- DJDevin JensenNov 16, 20241.0This pharmacy has been nothing bad lies bad service and problems. They constantly are giving me bad different requirements for my prescription refills. They have told me the notes that my doctors has called in are invalid, and have told me that they have an agreement with my doctors office that never happened. They also can’t seen to keep my insurance straight. Never had an issue until about a year ago and now they are making me pay for every other prescription out off pocket. Take all of your prescriptions and go to either rite aid or Safeway. They are not worth your time, money or consideration for your business. I am moving my business somewhere else.
