  Pretty regular store, but today I witnessed two employees (one male and one female) seemingly reprimanding a younger employee infront of customers all while blocking the meat section. It was totally unprofessional and the woman fully walked away then came back. When we asked the male if we could get by him to the groundbeef he barely moved over and didn't say anything to address us. Another customer was also trying to reach the beef and had to slide behind the worker to reach it. Totally unprofessional way to address whatever the issue was with another employee. Public shaming is distasteful and the kid looked so uncomfortable being talked to like that infront of customers, who are also uncomfortable hearing it! I regret not saying in the moment and I hope that guy has a better day.

  I have had consistently great experiences with the majority of the staff at Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain medications, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled correctly. I truly appreciate how caring and professional most of the team is. However, I’ve had multiple interactions with one employee, Azemba, that have been very disappointing. Each time I’ve spoken with her, she has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s been a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent customer service I usually receive here. Because of the rest of the staff, I will continue to use this pharmacy, but I hope management addresses this issue so all customers receive the same level of respect and care.

  It’s unfortunate Rite Aid shut down. Fred Myers never has my scripts ready when I call. I never receive calls when my scripts are ready. The lady on the phone was completely rude to me like it’s MY fault they aren’t doing their own jobs when I call in to check on the status as THEY NEVER REACH OUT. She ended the call abruptly with a rude THANKS! And hung up. Costumer service is trash at Monroe Fred myers pharmacy. It’s unfortunate I have to be a costumer to this location. CVS can’t open up soon enough as I’m not even one month into being a Fred myers costumer and I’m already over it.

  If you want someone to talk down to you and treat you with attitude work with Sarah. They dont know what they are doing. Received a phone call telling me my prescription was ready went to pick up and was told they didnt have anything for me! With a sneering disgusting air of superiority Sarah's absolutely useless keep her in the back.
