- AJAmanda JudsonDec 30, 20251.0Really rude lady that answers phone —Azemba is her name— and an uncaring pharmacist(s) Twan and the other older man pharmacist who formally worked at the Monroe pharmacy before it shut down. I see I am not the only one that has had issues with the phone lady, which has become progressively worse overtime. I too was hung up on mid-sentence and talked to like a child in an almost taunting way. Each recent review that is low or has negative feedback in the past month or 2 involves her specifically. Some people should not work with the public—especially in any type of healthcare if they are continuously incapable of even the most basic of customer service skills.

The pharmacists and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain medications, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled correctly. I truly appreciate how caring and professional most of the team is. However, I’ve had multiple interactions with one employee, Azemba, that have been very disappointing. Each time I’ve spoken with her, she has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s been a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent customer service I usually receive here. Because of the rest of the staff, I will continue to use this pharmacy, but I hope management addresses this issue so all customers receive the same level of respect and care.

The lady on the phone was completely rude to me like it’s MY fault they aren’t doing their own jobs when I call in to check on the status as THEY NEVER REACH OUT. She ended the call abruptly with a rude THANKS! And hung up. Costumer service is trash at Monroe Fred myers pharmacy. It’s unfortunate I have to be a costumer to this location. CVS can’t open up soon enough as I’m not even one month into being a Fred myers costumer and I’m already over it.

Received a phone call telling me my prescription was ready went to pick up and was told they didnt have anything for me! With a sneering disgusting air of superiority Sarah's absolutely useless keep her in the back.
