  Intuitive, knowledgeable, gentle and nurturing treatments. This is not your typical on/off table Acupuncture. The time and money I have spent has been beneficial to my spirit and body.

  Dr. Chris - Master of Acupuncture and Pain Relief! For over a year, I've been battling chronic pain in my elbow from multiple tears. The pain has been getting so bad, surgery was the next proposed option, given none of the other treatments have helped. Desperate to avoid going under the knife, I found Dr. Chris through a web search. From the very first session, Dr. Chris impressed me. He took the time to listen carefully to my medical history and understood my concerns. He suggested a treatment plan that combined acupuncture with dry needling, a technique I'd never tried before. The results were incredible! After just one session, the tension in my neck (likely caused by compensating for the elbow pain) significantly reduced thanks to the dry needling. Even better, I felt a noticeable decrease in my elbow pain! For the first time in a long time, I realized that I hadn't taken any Tylenol, and I had much better mobility in my neck, something that has given me issues for years (I had a disc replacement C5/C6 six years ago). Dr. Chris is a true gem. He's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about helping his patients. If you're on the fence about trying acupuncture, especially for chronic pain, I highly recommend contacting Dr. Chris. He's a lifesaver!

  My initial acupuncture with Chris was for general wellness & anxiety. Wow! I began to feel like my younger self again- the spark was ignited. Increased relaxation, positivity, emotional health and range of motion. Now I go to acupuncture monthly to reset my mind, body & soul.
