I like my Pilates class that I usually take on Monday afternoon with Ngoni. Ngoni is an absolutely wonderful instructor, his classes are well structured with awesome breathing techniques and exercises that cover all parts of the body. Thank you, Ngoni, for being such a wonderful Pilates instructor!!! I always enjoy your class and look forward to coming back!

I have been a member before it opened. The instructors are wonderful! Their classes are very challenging...even the ones you may not think so...I am sore the next day...;-)
It has been a form of exercise I have stayed with, good strengthening with less ware on the odd body.. Mindy the owner is great, very helpful. All the desk staff are wonderful.

I absolutely love this studio! I have been working out here for about 2 years. The instructors are great and offer a variety of styles. Keep trying classes until you find the instructors you like! They offer lots of modifications if you are new or rehabbing injuries.
Working out here helped me get rid of my tension headaches because I strengthened my lats and worked on keeping my upper traps down. Seriously life changing. I couldn't even do yoga for 10 minutes without triggering a massive headache before joining this studio. I also broke my ankle and had to have surgery. Both times, I was able to heal faster with PT and Pilates.
If you sign-up for classes on time on Friday, then you will always get the classes you want. I'm not the best at this, so I'm often on the wait-list for weekend classes. It's easy to use the wait-list system. I almost always get into the classes I want.
Don't be intimidated to try it! This studio has people at all different stages in their exercise journeys and ability levels. It's a very welcoming and friendly environment.
I would recommend this studio to anyone! Especially if you are struggling with mobility issues or out of shape. This studio will get you back on track and help you feel strong again!

From the first day I walked in 2 years ago, I felt like this was a place where I would find a warm, encouraging and welcoming studio to begin my pilates journey. The vast options of classes, times, and fantastic instructors has kept me coming back 5 times a week since March of 2024. The Mill Creek Club Pilates community is approachable, fun and I have enjoyed meeting new people. I am just so thrilled to have found this beautiful addition to my week day mornings while getting in shape, becoming stronger and having fun! No class is ever the same, which keeps things exciting! I am a big fan ;)
