  I’ve tried to come to this location 5 separate times over the past few weeks. They are simply never open. I’ve seen some variation of this sign every time (except once) while showing up within business hours. The one time this wasn’t in the door? They just simply were closed despite the sign on the front door and online saying I was within business hours. I’m done trying. Will just make the trip to Alderwood or shop online.

  Store manager Jen is not familiar with return policy and will WASTE YOUR TIME. We had an online order and needed to return in store. First time she said she CANNOT do returns for over 6 bottles products; then second time she REFUSED to give full refund as their store price was lower than we paid. She said she would call Customer Service to confirm but she DIDNT! We had to call CS ourselves and create our own case. The CS stuff said full refund was the basic return policy, I’m not sure why Jen didn’t know this. She wasted us almost 2 days. I would never come to this store again and will tell every one I know not to come here.

  Sales guy named Steven, gave me the best service I’ve had in a while. Got me in, got me out all with incredible positivity and high energy. You can tell this guy loves helping people. I assume he’s a store owner or management by how professional he was, but if not.. then give the dude a raise. I left as a customer for life and with a smile on my face.
