- AAarmin ahmadiFeb 15, 20261.0I brought my son here because he has a history of recurring ear infections and we recognized the early signs right away. We explained clearly to the staff that this is something he deals with often and asked them to treat it before it turned into a full-blown infection. The nurse barely looked and dismissed our concerns, saying it was “just a little red” and that antibiotics weren’t necessary. A couple of days later, exactly what we warned about happened. he developed a full ear infection that caused him a lot of pain and unnecessary trouble. We came in trying to prevent things from getting worse, and instead we were brushed off and ignored. The level of care felt dismissive and inexperienced. It’s frustrating when you know your child’s medical history and your concerns aren’t taken seriously. We left feeling unheard and unsupported. I would not trust this urgent care again when it comes to actually listening to patients and acting proactively.
