Tried calling for 3 hours 11-14-25 to and not one pharmacy employee answered the phone. I even left a message on their service and called the customer service desk up front who stated they would take my number back and let them know. Still no call back and the whole reason I am calling is they messed up my prescription as they have done before. I will definitely be having my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy. Not only that but the last time I picked up a prescription they had 5 people working but only one person was working the register when there was 8 people standing in line not one other employee could stop for a few minutes to hep other people I stood in line for 20 minutes terrible service.

100% of the time has at least one of my medications out of stock that require phone calls to my doctor's office to request substitutions. My tip to everyone reading this, call ahead so you don't go in on your refill day because you could end up very disappointed.

Go somewhere else. This is my first time ever writing a review, but my experience with this pharmacy has been awful. They don’t answer the phone for hours — I even called the front desk at Safeway, and the customer service clerk admitted they get a lot of complaints about the pharmacy never picking up. On top of that, prescriptions I’ve received here many times before are suddenly a problem — the pharmacy seems confused about how to fill them. I’ve had to spend hours playing phone tag with my doctors just to get things sorted out. Terrible service.

The customer service here is horrible, I'm thinking about switching to Bartelles for my prescription.
