Last time, I was looking right at my medication list showing that they were filled two days prior and they tried to lie and said they were still waiting on my doctor and there was nothing on their end for me. When I told them I see on my app the fill dates of the meds I have been waiting for, the lady tells me "Oh, yeah, its been sent out for deliveries." Its been 3 days now since then and no meds. Be upfront if you are backed up or unsure, don't lie to try to save face. That makes things so much worse.
