  I want to say this is a great store, but that would be a lie. Long story short, I was lied to. Manager knew my situationon needing weight gainer for my young son. He pressured me into getting the "membership" because with how expensive the product was, to get and take advantage of the rewards. I told him that I need permission from my sons doctor before I do something like this. He told me" if it doesn't work out you can get a refund " (membership). I bought 2 cases of gorilla energy which btw is disgusting. He said I can come back and just get a refund on everything if it doesn't work out at doctors. I took photos of products he recommended etc... then went to doctor following day. Doctor said absolutely NOT, not safe, even if they did it by his weight instead of the label. (Trying to prevent gtube)..... so manager had got to talking saying he gets bonuses for membership sign ups etc. I showed him a specific drink on Amazon I was looking for and they didnt have it so I was like ok.... he recommended gorilla and said very much comparable etc. Which is why I got the 2 cases of gorilla buy 1 get one half off. So after knowing doctor said no the next day, I went back to store to return not only gorilla but membership. The girl associate said "um no, we don't allow refunds on membership fee '" fought with me. She then called manager I dealt with, and he said 100% no refund. So he flat out lied to my face to get a bonus! I had no reason for membership right, the energy drink was unopened. They refunded me for the drinks then said sorry no refund. So I call corporate right?! And this is where this manager at GNC is money hungry, lying, just to have better numbers. No one is ever shopping here anyways probably how it is ran. Corporate said- What did the manager say? He isn't refunding my membership fee even though the doctor denied the supplement powder and I had no use for the membership since that fell through. I told corporate he lied to my face and said I could get a refund if it didn't work out. Corporate says- "You go back to the store and you get your money back now! He HAS TO refund you. Here is a case number- etc, and tell them to call me and you'll get your money back right away". The girl associate flat out lied to me saying there is no button for refund so therefore cant refund and not allowed...., the manager lied tried to inflate numbers for a bonus. The corporate office said he was so sorry and totally wrong and unethical. Give him all store info etc for investigation. So here's where it gets even more fishy. I paid i believe either 40 or 45 for fee plus tax. The associate in there claimed to not have 40 dollars, and they shorted me all taxes, then an extra $5. I do not recommend this location. Liars and thief manager. So many other places that are honest and dont lie to just get bonuses. Stay far away!!!!! But thank you to corporate for making case against this location. I commend their cooperation and support and confirmation that the manager was lying. Try vitamin world or something, just stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

  I came into the Marysville gnc looking for pump powder, hoping to find a good deal on maybe some bucked up, or ryze and the guy that greeted me was actually the manager and he gave me great information about the product and handed me a tub of ryze powder and said it was on the house. I hope the manager sees this and gets a raise!

  Literally everytime I try and shop here there is a note on the door that reads “we will be back shortly.” This is beyond unprofessional. I once came saw the sign went into Safeway to kill time and saw the gal that works there grocery shopping.. Inexcusable. She is also very stand-offish and rude when you come in to shop. I almost never write bad reviews but I had to sit down and write this because it has continued over and over and it’s ridiculous. Why would I come back to shop here if everytime I try (during their normal posted business hours) there is no one here and the door is locked. Over it.

  Gnc is awesome! The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, there is always a sale going on (admittedly their products are price hence why I love the sales), and their membership is great. I get store credit off stuff I get all the time so the annual membership pays for itself and you also get a box of goodies every month with the membership that you can customize for men or women, and weight loss or weight gain.
