- LLLizzyNov 19, 20241.0My elder mother completed the hearing test after we scheduled an appointment based on the advertisement we received in the mail. On the advertisement paper it was promised a $100 gift restaurant.com card. After the appointment, Christopher confirmed that he will email an electronic card. It’s never happened- I reached out to him several times and he completely ignored all messages and obviously did not keep his promise. We were planning to purchase a hearing aid in this office (Maple Valley, WA) but the customer service before we even got into a purchase and service contract doubt the reliability of this office and company in whole. Based on this actions there is no guarantee the hearing aid will be served as promised.
