The service was excellent and I appreciated helpful suggestions on suitable frames. An added bonus was learning that my insurance company would be contacted for me. Great place to get reasonably priced glasses!

I’ve had an overall good experience here. I did an eye exam with no vision insurance so I knew what to expect. But I can see how some people would get confused about being in- network because of their website but for me, I usually always call in (either a clinic, private practice, etc.) to get confirmation about in- network insurances because of past experiences. Maybe there should be an a disclaimer on the website to always call the standalone stores to confirm insurances? Just a thought 🤷‍♀️ In summary, I liked the optometrist I had, the sales people, and loved the styles of the glasses. I always had the same shape and color of my glasses for years and never knew unique styles would look adorable on me! I will continue to come to WP for my eye needs (:
