  Appalling business practices. Bought a package from the store manager over the phone and not once did he tell me that there was a 30 day expiration. When I tried to schedule my second stretch they said it had expired. I tried to email several times and get a hold of anybody at the location to come to a resolution and there has been zero response and zero customer service.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the StretchLab location in Lynnwood. I drove over an hour through heavy rain, wind, and traffic to make it to my scheduled appointment, only to be told when I checked in that my appointment had been canceled. I was never contacted, notified, or given any option to reschedule. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have photo proof of the daily reminder messages confirming the appointment, so there was clearly a failure in their communication system. To make matters worse, the employee at the front desk was smug, condescending, and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. After spending so much time driving in awful weather, being treated with that level of rudeness was incredibly unprofessional. If appointments can be canceled without notifying clients and staff respond with attitude instead of solutions, it shows a serious lack of respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this location.

  tl/dr StretchLab has been great for my personal wellness. 50 something professional here. I grew up skateboarding and snowboarding. Ended up in construction over the past 20 years. All of this took a toll on my body. The skateboarding gave me arthritis by way of being one of those gnarly skaters. Snowboarding messed my back up even more. Then the construction took its toll from all the manual labor of being an electrician. So, I am at the age where it was time to break free from the pain, the lack of flexibility and to finally walk upright again. Here we are at StretchLab. I started about 6 months ago and have noticed several things that have improved my quality of life. I can walk without pain, and have better flexibility. I have been working with Richy for months and he really listens to my concerns and works his magic with the PNF stretching. I have had zero issues with the whole process of working with StretchLab. The staff are attentive, easy to communicate with, and have been very flexible in working with my schedule. I am on the monthly program and appreciate the weekly reminders of my upcoming session. If you are wanting to regain your flexibility this is the place.

  I can’t say enough great things about StretchLab Lynnwood. For the first time in a long time, I’m living pain-free — and it’s entirely thanks to the incredible team here. A special shoutout to Alyse, who has been my Flexologist. She’s not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely invested in my progress. Her ability to listen, adapt each session to my needs, and challenge me just enough has made all the difference. Before coming to StretchLab, I dealt with ongoing discomfort that affected my daily life. Now, I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and most importantly — no longer in pain. If you’re dealing with stiffness, chronic tension, or just want to move and feel better in your body, I highly recommend checking them out. The care, professionalism, and results speak for themselves.

  Morgan and the staff here are amazing. It has helped me with pain too go on a regular basis. I recommend going of you have physically limitations.
