    I was unhappy with the customer service. I was texted the day of about choices re; dilating my eyes or using another method but not told that one was not covered by insurance until I specifically asked. I was not given much information during the exam and was only told that multi-focal lenses were prescribed when I went to order my glasses. The customer service and communication needs improvement.

    I went to an appointment for an eye exam, and the service was efficient and on time. It does cost extra for the photo image of your eye, but definitely worth it. Dr. Sun made sure to answer all my questions during the exam.

    Excellent eye exam process. However, that did not inform me that they did not except my insurance for frames.
