I've been going to this pharmacy with my grandparents and family since I could practically walk, and it's only gotten better over time. The pharmacists are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I've never had a single issue without it being resolved almost immediately. I'm deathly afraid of needles, and every single time I go to get a vaccine here, the pharmacists and techs always go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and safe. I haven't been to a single other pharmacy that does it as well as this one does. 10/10 would recommend every time! Also, Tommy (I may be spelling his name wrong, but we get the jist) is a blast to chat with as a pharmacist. Really knows his stuff, is really funny, and genuinely a very compassionate person. If you ever get the chance to speak with him, do so! Such a great group of people behind that counter, including all the new and wonderful interns!! Thank you guys for all these years of great service! ♡

I recently moved and am no longer close to my old pharmacy so have been trying to transfer my prescription, I initiated a transfer request online and got a text message saying they would call if any problems occurred. When it was time to refill my prescription, I called the Safeway pharmacy and they had never received a request for a transfer even though I used the Safeway website and received a confirmation text. They then manually initiated a transfer and said it should all be taken care of by end of day. I call the next business day and ask for the prescription to be filled and they tell me my old pharmacy never sent the information over even though I had called my old pharmacy and confirmed the prescription was transferred. During both of my calls, the staff at the Safeway pharmacy were rude and dismissive. Highly thinking about not even trying to use this pharmacy and choosing one further away

The substitute pharmacist was not helpful at all she should have got the antibiotics right away and order them or get them from another place. It was very important for me to get those antibiotics fast. She didn’t care. Please send her elsewhere. The regular pharmacist there goes above and behind to help customers. He was on vacation

This area of the store is very well maintained. I asked the Pharmacy technician and was provided a quick and accurate response.
