- SKSudha KannanSep 15, 20251.0I had an appointment and I arrived 10 mins late. Their policy says they accept until they are ten mins late. However, the lady at the desk did not accommodate me at all! First , they did not pick up the phone when I called to let them know that I am running late, second they did not respond to the text message either. For someone driving from Seattle to make the appointment, they did not budge even when I arrived within the 10 mins window.
- NMNoor MangumAug 22, 20252.0I went to go get a refund as I was disappointed in my high index glasses, the customer service rep who helped at the front desk was very snarky and rude. I would recommend that this place takes a look at their accounting system as I paid with my HSA and debit card, however the incorrect amounts were reflecting on their system. The worker seemed really pissy with me that she had to fix it, and even made me feel like I was wrong and their system was right. When I asked for a copy of my original receipt, she said that it was given to me, and then made a snarky remark at the end of our transaction that I should keep these receipts. I went home and checked my records, and I was right, the amounts were incorrect in their system. I would be careful if you are using a HSA and Debit card.

- APAngie Phelps Verb PhotographyAug 8, 20251.0Awful final result. I went for an exam and got a set of contacts to try and they weren't right. I was fine going back to get another exam. I was told I I don't need to see the bottom rows of the eye exam clearly and that if I can make it out even if blurry that its good enough but to come back. I ordered glasses at the same time which I had to take back because the progression lens was admittedly by a staff member ( who was so rude) put in the wrong spot. She said she'd rush the order to come back which took another 3 weeks, so not rushed. Between work and life I wasn't able to get back in with in the 3month time frame to have my eyes looked at again. When I told the staff, and texted I was not told I had to come right back. This has been nothing but a frustrating process. I should be able to see the small font on pill bottles, my phone and other things. I tried dealing with it but after trying for the last month this is wrong to me. This is not 20/20 vision like I was led to believe. Now they want charge me for another exam. This feels like insurance fraud and consumer jabbing.
