Idk, I wouldn't go here again. --> I went here because the reviews were fairly decent but I personally had a nightmare of an experience. I came in for an eye appointment and contact fitting. The doctor was very speedy and told me my number had increased and based on that I got trial contacts (and a new prescription to take to Costco to get things ordered/underway). I tried the trial lens for some time and then I went out of town and I experienced serious vision problems there. When I went back to the eye doctor I was told that my prescription was increased by too much (it was overcorrected) and it should be lowered. He lowered it below my old prescription (the one I came in with on day 1 - note that during my first visit I had told him that my vision was worse so decreasing it to below that would obviously not work but he told me to try it anyways). After I tried the trial contacts, I went back because I needed that prescription increased (obviously) and I saw another doctor who did increase my prescription and changed the brand of contacts. During all of my appointments I also said that my glasses prescription should be looked at again as well because I wasn't sure if that needed to changed too - they did not really pay attention to that prescription. They gave me a set of trial lens that was a slightly lower prescription because they don't carry high prescription in clinic, which is understandable and I was told that they would message me when they received the trial lens order for my new "higher" prescription. I waited to received a call but about a week and half later, I received no call from them, and eventually I messaged them and they said I could come pick them up, they're here. Which was kind of annoying because I was waiting for them to call me, as instructed to me by the doctor. Anyways, so I switched the lens brand and got a new prescription but after another set of trial lens, I could tell the prescription still needed fine tuning so I had to reschedule an appointment. When I went in for this appointment the physician was EXTREMELY rude, she 100% put the blame on me for not figuring it out if they worked or not and for going out of town. I told her all of the issues that I had been having because of the overcorrection then the undercorrection when I clearly stated in my appointment that I don't want to undercorrect because I can't see out of my old prescription. I work in healthcare and to be honest, I would never treat a patient like the way she treated me and most patients do not advocate for their rights during appointments anyways and this was just a super aggressive, demeaning, condescending appointment over all - if I did not work in healthcare I think I would not have advocated for myself. Anyways, they offered to give me a discount for a new contact fitting and completely new eye exam but I think I will be trying out a new clinic because of this experience and I hope it goes better! :)

In my interactions I believe they limited my options (with the excuse that insurance limited it) so that they can upsell a more expensive option - that I had purchased a more expensive set of frame and lenses only for those lenses to be replaced anyways. I'd suggest that you find another location.

Bek was so informative. She gave my family all kinds of suggestions based on our frame size. She exhausted products in her store. She went on to suggest other companies as our situation was very specialized. This is the person you want to talk to at Pearle Vision in the Alderwood Mall. Knowledgable, professional, passionate and went the extra mile with product knowledge. 10 out of 10 stars.
