  Our family has been here for annual eye exams for over five years. Last month, we came here for eye exams and remembered that I never picked up a pair of glasses ordered at the end of 2024. They weren’t urgently needed at the time, so we simply forgot. When I asked about them at the front desk, a young lady checked on her iPad and said the glasses were from two years ago and that it was “too long ago” to locate them. She told me I would need to go home and wait for a phone call. We never received any call, even after nearlytwo months. Yesterday, we had a follow-up eye exam, and I asked again about the glasses. This time, a different staff member helped us. She also saw on the iPad that the glasses were from two years ago, but she immediately went to the back storage area and found them within five minutes. This confirmed to me that the previous staff member had no real intention of trying to locate the glasses, nor did she ever plan to call me back. Later that afternoon, we returned to the office to ask about replacing the lenses using the new prescription. Unfortunately, we were again assisted by the same young lady from before. She initially told us that replacing the lenses would be fully covered by insurance. However, when we asked for specific pricing, she said the lenses would cost $500, which would use up our entire insurance allowance for the year. As we continued asking about lens brands, insurance coverage, and discussed whether to proceed there or go to Costco, she became noticeably unprofessional—impatient, dismissive, and clearly annoyed by our questions. On a Saturday, and we were the only customers in the store. I don’t understand why normal questions about insurance coverage and taking less than 3 mins to make a decision would cause such irritation. In the end, we chose to go to Costco instead and were very happy to get two new pairs of glasses there with a much better experience. Unfortunately, due to this repeated lack of professionalism and poor customer service, our family will not be returning, and we do not recommend this Lynnwood Advanced Eyecare.

  Dr. Le was excellent. She was able to get me in for the exam early which I appreciated. She was professional, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend her.

  I've been visiting this location since 2022 and had decent experiences until recently. I will not be going back. I had an urgent concern with my vision last week: persistent blurriness and flashers/floaters in my left eye that would not improve. I called the office three times on Friday and no one answered so I left a voicemail. After not hearing back, I sent a follow-up email later in the day. I also sent a text message in the evening. It was only after I sent the text that they called me back, but they didn't even check my other messages to get the backstory before finally connecting with me. I was very stressed about all of this and disappointed that I couldn't rely on the doctor I've been seeing for three years to help me. I wound up going to Costco for a consult and they were extremely helpful. I have an eye infection and some other issues that they said should've been caught by my doctor at my last exam in August (signs of contact lens overuse, dehydration, lack of oxygen etc.). Costco also said my RX is wrong and that I'll need a new vision exam to correct the RX. So, all this to say I'm very disappointed and now I question all of the exams I've had conducted here. I do not recommend Lynnwood Advanced Eyecare if you want good quality and reliable care.

  They were ready for me when I got there. The visit was very efficient and I was done in less than a half hour. All of the staff were nice.
