I couldn't get anyone to help me. The employee was too busy looking at paperwork to even acknowledge me. He made it obvious that he didn't want to help me. Disappointed! I wouldn't go back.

Unfortunately, didn’t really receive any help. I stood around for 10-15 minutes in hopes to receive help purchasing new glasses. I’ve seen 1 worker helping out a customer, and 2 other socializing with one another + a worker visiting from Northgate. I was waiting to approach them or they approach me, and eventually one did after 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the glasses I wanted on display, but didn’t offer me any suggestions or resolutions. Kinda felt like I was forcing them to give me information on the glases and other locations who may have the glasses/display. I had to tell them that it’s okay, I’ll just order it online because the conversation felt forced and awkward. Highly suggest going to the Lynnwood location near the total wine instead.

I have been coming here for my annual eye exam and eyeglasses purchase for years. Dr. Carol Kim is polite, friendly, competent and trustworthy. I look forward to seeing her each year. The team of LensCrafters that translates my Rx into really cool eyeglasses has also been amazing through the years. This year, Katie is especially dazzling in her knowledge of technical systems and getting my new glasses going.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters at Macy's

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
