A lifelong contact wearer, yet never treated as kindly, had such thorough explanation over each step of the process, and ultimately let me know that I was their focus. My daughter had an eye exam on 1/17 and was prescribed glasses. We ordered the glasses the same day and were told they would be ready within two weeks. No one contacted me, so last week I called to check on the status. I spoke with Tyler, who said there was an issue with my daughter’s order and that he would mark it as urgent and follow up with the lab. It has now been a week, and I still haven’t heard anything. Today, I called again around 11 a.m. and spoke with a customer service representative who told me she would check on the status and call me back within 30 minutes. I never received a call. I called back around 2 p.m. and spoke with another representative (I’m not sure if it was the same person). After explaining the situation again, she placed me on hold for about five minutes, and then the call was disconnected. If you plan to order eyeglasses here, be aware of the potential delays and lack of communication. I intend to go in person to request a refund, and I will update once I find out more.
