- LFLori FisherFeb 19, 20265.0I stopped by the window on Tuesday to pick up my prescription, and I just want to recognize Walla for doing such an amazing job. She is always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever my family and I come in. she was going back and forth between the front counter and the drivethru, helping everyone with a smile on her face. Even though she was clearly busy, she stayed positive and patient the whole time. I even told her to take a moment to breathe :) Walla truly goes above and beyond.

Dianna is the rude cashier. She's consistently rude. There are nice cashier's there but Diana sucks. The pharmacist is really nice and she is always smiling and happy. The reason I give them a 1 start is also because it is hard to get my questions answered and the automated system is inaccurate. No apologies for the inconvenience. No get the prescription ready fast

- EEEmersonDec 28, 20251.0Ever since they added the AI answering machine, getting prescriptions refilled has been agony. You have to wrestle with it for like 10 minutes until it allows you to talk to a person, and the My Prescription website is broken, so that's your only option.
- AHA HDec 9, 20251.0Pharmacist Svetlana gave me my flu vaccine too high up on my arm and now I believe I have vaccine injury. She was also standing while giving me the shot which was unusual. I have never had a shot given so close to my shoulder and not even close to my deltoid. I never had my arm sore like this from vaccines. This is shocking for a healthcare professional
