- JJJB5 days ago1.0I’ve had it with this pharmacy!! I get a text that my prescriptions are ready and when my husband goes there, staff say it’s not ready. Super annoying.
- EEEmersonDec 28, 20251.0Ever since they added the AI answering machine, getting prescriptions refilled has been agony. You have to wrestle with it for like 10 minutes until it allows you to talk to a person, and the My Prescription website is broken, so that's your only option.
- AHA HDec 9, 20251.0Pharmacist Svetlana gave me my flu vaccine too high up on my arm and now I believe I have vaccine injury. She was also standing while giving me the shot which was unusual. I have never had a shot given so close to my shoulder and not even close to my deltoid. I never had my arm sore like this from vaccines. This is shocking for a healthcare professional

I was told I would be notified when my RXs were ready, but I was not. They also didn't tell me that one of the prescriptions didn't transfer over, so now I'm looking at even longer without it. Honestly regretting my choice to switch here.
