    This Fred Meyer Pharmacy is a masterclass in dysfunction and disrespect. If you want to be talked down to and treated like a criminal for picking up medication your doctor prescribed, this is the place. The staff? Incompetent, unprofessional, and seemingly uninterested in even pretending to care about customer service. Every interaction feels like you’re interrupting their day just by existing. Wait times are consistently outrageous—35 to 45 minutes on average, regardless of your prescription’s status. Ready, pending, or already processed? Doesn’t matter. You’ll be stuck waiting while the staff shuffle around aimlessly, offering no updates, no urgency, and no accountability. Customer service here is a joke. Questions are met with blank stares, snide remarks, or outright dismissal. Concerns are brushed off like you’re the problem for expecting basic decency. It’s not just bad—it’s hostile. I’ve never encountered a pharmacy so poorly managed or so dismissive of patients’ time, dignity, and health. This isn’t just a one-off bad experience—it’s a pattern. And I’m done. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone who values their time, sanity, or well-being to steer clear of this trainwreck. Fred Meyer Pharmacy has earned every word of this review.

    I work for a dental provider and have called in several prescriptions and the pharmacy has trouble checking their voicemail. VERY VERY poor customer service. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they're rude and keep placing the call on hold.
