  This Fred Meyer Pharmacy is a masterclass in dysfunction and disrespect. If you want to be talked down to and treated like a criminal for picking up medication your doctor prescribed, this is the place. The staff? Incompetent, unprofessional, and seemingly uninterested in even pretending to care about customer service. Every interaction feels like you’re interrupting their day just by existing. Wait times are consistently outrageous—35 to 45 minutes on average, regardless of your prescription’s status. Ready, pending, or already processed? Doesn’t matter. You’ll be stuck waiting while the staff shuffle around aimlessly, offering no updates, no urgency, and no accountability. Customer service here is a joke. Questions are met with blank stares, snide remarks, or outright dismissal. Concerns are brushed off like you’re the problem for expecting basic decency. It’s not just bad—it’s hostile. I’ve never encountered a pharmacy so poorly managed or so dismissive of patients’ time, dignity, and health. This isn’t just a one-off bad experience—it’s a pattern. And I’m done. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone who values their time, sanity, or well-being to steer clear of this trainwreck. Fred Meyer Pharmacy has earned every word of this review.

  This is a Pharmacy, located inside Fred Myer Store Lynnwood WA USA I have had many experiences at several Pharmacies located in many other stores in Washington State USA. I just wanted to say, that we as good human beings need to be kind to all people and no matter what we do in life's experiences let's remember to do it with Love and kindness. I know some days we may feel sometimes that we didn't get treated with loving kindness and that is very sad yes but it's much better for us to be nice to them we may not know what they've been going through maybe they are being treated very badly and it's not right for anyone to treat you badly or for any of us to treat them badly. I know you see where this is going right? It's best for all of us to remember what you were like at age 5 hmm, how did you treat people? I bet if an adult treated you badly, your heart still treated them with love and kindness, I am sure you didn't know why they were so angry and upset I'm sure your feeling were hurt but you that beautiful amazing child of God only knew love and kindness after so many years this world became so rudely noisy loud and ugly at times that it rubbed off on you a little and as we get older we sometimes forget that we are Gods Child, we are his family, God loves you,God loves me, God loves everyone, he sees all and hears everything too and when we are older adults we don't need to act like a grumpy older person, when we can just remember that beautiful innocent God Child, that we are, no matter how old we get. We will always be God's Child, yes you are in God's family I am in God's family, that makes all of us in God's family, my brother and sisters let's just remember to take it slow and be kind to People. Let's show our loving kindness, like we always did when we were not tainted, still of innocence. All I am saying is, give Love respect, respect for you, give respect for me, respect for all human beings be kind, be thoughtful, be that beautiful loving child inside of you. It's time to remember, just how good you truly are inside of your heart, it's time to SHINE BRIGHTER 🌄❤️ let everyone know that beautiful loving child we all know that is alive inside of every single one of us. When talking about other's be kind, when someone that hasn't read this is not very nice to you, well then, just smile and either walk away or try and let them know that knowledge of who is inside of us all, it's called Love, we all have it, we just need to always remember to SHINE BRIGHTER each and everyday show that beautiful child inside of you. no matter how you feel, just remember to take it slow and always be kind to People so they will all stop acting like stupid adults and let our beautiful loving God child inside of us out to SHINE BRIGHTER 🙏💪💞.   this is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with they your prescriptions are never ready even though they have had at least 24 to 72 hours to have them prepared and ready for pick up. They never do have the prescriptions ready not only that the pharmacy techs are very disrespectful and as well as the pharmacist I would recommend that no one uses this pharmacy because of the disrespect and them not preparing the meds that patients need I would recommend that no one uses this pharmacy because of the disrespect and them not preparing the meds that patients need at on time .

  I work for a dental provider and have called in several prescriptions and the pharmacy has trouble checking their voicemail. VERY VERY poor customer service. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they're rude and keep placing the call on hold.
