In one visit she completely altered my lifelong thinking of what a good, thorough, and pleasant experience an eye doctor can provide. She is extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to medical history that may have or is currently affecting my vision, and openly discussed how my vision and vision needs may change in the future. I have the utmost confidence in her and now will look forward to next year's visit. Huge thanks!

- JBJ BJan 5, 20262.0How can an appointment be rescheduled without a patient’s consent? I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for contact lens exams since I lived in Lynnwood back in 2020. I called on December 10 to make an appointment to renew my contact lens prescription, and my appointment was scheduled for Saturday, January 10 at 2:30 PM. I also asked to be placed on a waiting list in case an earlier weekend opening became available before January 10. After that, I never once confirmed or agreed to any rescheduling—no phone call, no email, no text message. Then on Monday, January 5, I was contacted and told that my appointment was on January 7. When I said my appointment was scheduled for January 10, I was told they would reschedule me, but the next available date was Saturday, January 17, which was very frustrating. I understand that the end of the year and the beginning of the new year can be busy, but I sincerely hope other patients don’t have to experience a situation like this.
