  Don’t no go here! They add your card on file without your consent. They sent me a email telling me they were going to charge my card $175, five minutes before they charged it! Not to mention we waited in the room for 45 minutes before someone came to see my daughter!

  Dr. Saenz was incredibly kind and compassionate while also being approachable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed me, truly listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan we both were happy with. So grateful for his assistance and skill!

  Checked google for the nearest urgent care and their site said all online slots are booked but they walk ins. So went there with a chest pain only to be welcomed by a locked door on 27th feb 2026. Called the phone number listed and they said they are not serving lynnwood anymore. Please update in Google instead of making patients wander with illness.

  Went in for a prescription for yellow fever vaccine for travel. They gave me the prescription which was useless for you can’t use it in pharmacies and they had no idea it was the case or had any clue on where they would accept it. Waste of money.. they are also understaffed so long waits every time

  I had an appointment for 345pm, arrive at 335 to check in, I wasn't taken back to a room till 415 for a suspected Strep throat swab, then I was put back in the lobby till 430. Multiple people who came in after me and identified themselves as walk-ins were taken back to rooms BEFORE me. Then, when I was finally taken into an exam room, I was left there for 40 MINUTES before I popped my head out and asked what the eta on the doctor was. The assistant looked at me like a deer caught in headlights. They had obviously forgotten I was in there. And im fairly certain she forgot to run my strep test cause I know those take 10 to 15 minutes to process and wouldn't you know it, I got test results on the carbon app 15 minutes later at 5:25. Which is about when the doctor FINALLY came into the room. Looked at my ears for all of 5 seconds, shinned a light in my throat for less than 2 seconds, then left the room to check on the strep test. Came back 2 minutes later and told me it was negative and they had to run additional tests that would take 24 to 48 hours. By the time I left I have been there for over 2 hours. I would not recommend this branch to my worst enemy, let alone my Family or friend. The nicest thing I can say about my visit was at least the person at the front desk apologized for the wait. Though it sure would have been nice if someone had popped into the room during that 40 minutes to give me an update.
