  I paid a $60 copay for wrist pain and honestly felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I was seen by a PA who didn’t do any imaging or X-rays and quickly concluded it was just inflammation. The visit felt rushed, and I was sent home with a basic brace without much explanation or thorough evaluation. For the price and level of care, I expected more. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  It’s ironic that this business has urgent or health care in its name. My wife had to wait 50 minutes after her appointment to be seen, just for the provider to tell her she had to wrap it up quickly for her next appointment. Why have a way to request an appointment if they don’t matter? For the health part, the provider was very transparent in telling my wife she was just googling the symptoms and giving out the very first results. This was an expensive ChatGPT session billed as a specialist copay. I don’t expect an urgent care to have every answer or the resources of a university hospital, but page 1 of google and less time than a jimmy johns delivery should be considered below the standard of care for anyplace that gives healthcare services.

  After getting turned away at a different urgent care. I found Carbon. I went in and they got me right in, addressed my issue and formed a plan to recovery. I highly recommend Carbon health

  Showed up for my appointment early and was told that they wouldn't provide me service because I needed Government ID. I explained my license was in the mail and I could show them the temp, that matched the car parked out front. Eventually after Googling me they agreed. 30 mins past my appointment time, they told me they had a change of heart, unless I paid out of pocket. Giant waste of time. Find somewhere else.

  I had a frustrating experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care. The wait times were extremely long! so much so that it completely defeats the purpose of going to urgent care in the first place. On top of that, there were issues with getting prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. The delays left me stuck in limbo, unsure of when I’d actually receive my medication. Overall, the lack of efficiency and follow-through made the visit more stressful than helpful.
