I consider this experience to have been excellent. During the root canal itself the doctor and assistant were very pleasant and enjoyed working with each other while still attentive to my needs and the task at hand. This is important to me, because I want the team working on me to work well together so it can be done quickly and done well!

From the time I walked in, the office is clean and orderly and very professional. The front desk was very kind and courteous. When taken back to the exam the assistant was amazing and gentle with the x-rays considering where the tooth that I was having a problem with is. She described everything she was doing and why. Saw Dr. Sherry for the exam which she found an additional issue that I was not aware of. All have amazing bedside manners. Went back to the front to discuss the estimate, which the prices are very fair and reasonable for the services being provided. As a dental assistant for the past 30 plus years, and understanding the cost of care, I am writing this review so that people are not put off on going to this office.. they are very kind and professional with wonderful care. Specialized care is always more expensive but the prices are very fair and reasonable.
- KBKaylie BergersonAug 16, 20221.0Went in for a root canal. Stated multiple times I didn’t use epinephrine because I had bad reactions. Gave it to me anyway. Of course I had a bad reaction and the assistant said “we should have given you a pill before you came in”. Very unprofessional and disregarded my charts completely. Absolutely in the wrong and will not be returning.
