- KKKenJul 30, 20255.0I needed to replace my hearing aids. I went back to Miracle Ear and met with Shannon Flanagan at the Longview, Wa office. Shannon is fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and truly cares about people with hearing loss. He adjusted my old pair while I was awaiting the newer technology devices. I highly recommend that you contact Shannon, if you have hearing loss and are thinking about hearing aids. I just received my new devices today and new technology is even better than my previous pair which were six years old. Shannon in my opinion is top notch, 5 Stars, because he truly cares about people who suffer from loss of hearing.
