The rest rush you & actually give attitude for the simplest of questions. We ask because we dont know, we don't need the attitude & disrespect or like they just want to get to the next customer as fast as possible, even over the phone. 😤

- DKDaniel KirbyJan 16, 20261.0The people working here are so mean for no reason. I received a message saying my meds were ready on Friday. I went Monday and was told they weren't ready. When I asked why I just got a shoulder shrug and was told to wait for another message. Went back five days later to find out they had it but had not put it away. The lady told me I need them right away to let them know and they could speed it up. I asked to talk to a manager and she walked away and continued to ignore me. I am to shy to stick up for myself so I just left.
- CWCarina WoodNov 24, 20252.0If you only got half of your prescription, and you were told the whole thing was filled, you're not crazy. It's been happening to me for several months, and I spoke to someone the other day who was having the same issue. I don't know if its the pharmacy or the facility they outsource to for refills. Make sure to open your pharmacy bags right in front of them, note the dates, and check how many bottles were supposed to be given to you. Do not accept that you just lost one of the bottles. Please please talk to them, because the more people that let them know about the issue, the more chance we have of getting the issue fixed. Mary will not treat you like you're crazy.
