  If you only got half of your prescription, and you were told the whole thing was filled, you're not crazy. It's been happening to me for several months, and I spoke to someone the other day who was having the same issue. I don't know if its the pharmacy or the facility they outsource to for refills. Make sure to open your pharmacy bags right in front of them, note the dates, and check how many bottles were supposed to be given to you. Do not accept that you just lost one of the bottles. Please please talk to them, because the more people that let them know about the issue, the more chance we have of getting the issue fixed. Mary will not treat you like you're crazy.

  Wish this would let you leave zero stars. I recently started coming here for my prescriptions as well as my small children's when they need them. Waited 4 days for an antibiotic for my son to prevent whopping cough and when I just called about my three that were sent over this morning and said I was wondering if they had be filled yet since its ya know 3:30 in the afternoon the womens response on the phone was "probably not" then told me she could have them done in about an hour and a half. They need to fire this staff and do some rehiring. Ill definitely see what other pharmacies take my insurance in the area!!

  I just cannot get over the rudeness of the pharmacy techs. They act as though they hate their jobs and everyone they take care of. I’ve gone for refills three times now and each time I am treated like I am an impossible burden. They cannot fill their prescriptions on time and then roll their eyes at you when you ask when they think it will be ready. I’m tired of being treated so rudely.

  I have been placing my prescriptions here for several years. Today I went in to check if a prescription was ready and I had an extremely rude clerk. She continuously kept typing my name and birthday wrong and when she said I wasn’t in the system I replied nicely by saying that I pick up from this location all the time. Her response was “That wasn’t the question I asked you” like I was a 12 year old. I hate that basic customer service has become so rude as if you are inconveniencing them in some way by doing their job.
