Someone their isn’t doing their job and is lazy!!

She has always been very kind and thoroughly explained anything I had questions about. She is the only reason this is 2 stars and not one. Many members of the staff are incredibly rude. I can forgive the occasional bad day, but they seem to just be in a terrible mood all the time and don't hide it. They are also very slow. I'm not sure if it's because of their system or something to do with staffing but it takes much longer for prescriptions to be filled here than at other pharmacies.
