  Removing all human contact -- save for the phlebotomist -- has made trips to Quest an unsatisfying experience. If one experiences problems with the automated check-in system (as one of my fellow patients did during my visit) there is no one to step in because the door to actual humans is locked. I'm sure this is aiding your bottom line but it does not make for a "human" experience. One good thing -- your phlebotomist did find my sometimes-difficult vein on the first poke.

  They don't honor appointments that their computer allows you to book inside their lobby. They claim it's a known issue but refuse to fix it because they're lazy and unprofessional.

  I am 67 and was able to navigate the online appointment website easily and quickly. Then got my reminder with the check in button to press when I arrived…love this!!!
