  Staff are fine and the space is clean, but the equipment and layout are making me regret joining. When I signed up, I thought they had arc trainers which give a long horizontal stride. Instead, they seem to be ascent trainers, which is more about vertical stride. The arc trainers are amazing after sitting at a desk all day. I don't get having ellipticals, stair climbers, and asecent trainers when they're all variations on the same movement. On top of that, it has the same problem as every other gym lately: No room to stretch. Usually there is some tiny dedicated space, but there is none here. You have to take a mat and pick where to be in the way. There is no designated area to do it. I get it, people aren't impressed by empty space, so the gyms fill them with equipment, but stretching is an extremely important part of a work out. And any yoga is absolutely out. 😔 So yeah, it's a pretty limited workout experience, and I can't help feeling really disappointed. Also, not their fault, but walking out every time to the smell of hot fried food from the Wing Stop next door is brutal.

  A lot of people camping machines sitting on their phones. Watched a guy sit on the tricep machine do a baby set, drank his muscle milk then sat on the gram for 20 minutes . Newsflash buddy you don’t need muscle milk to work out your thumbs .

  I arrived at 9:10PM and the gym was closed, even though Google says it’s open 24 hours from Monday to Friday. This was really disappointing because I drove here expecting it to be open. Please update the hours online so people don’t waste their time coming here at night.

  The service, machines, and cleanliness are excellent. Unfortunately, for the second time, someone has opened my locker. I don’t have a lock, so I use a thick ribbon—I know it’s not the most secure, but since there aren’t many people, my naïve self believed that everyone would respect other people’s belongings, just as I do. Sadly, I forgot that’s not always the case. I had my rent money and the small tips I earn at work to buy my daily food. I only hope people become more conscious, because we are all in the same situation—working hard just to get by. We should be looking out for one another, especially as women, not hurting each other more 🫡
