  Be prepared to receive slick and passive aggressive text from Emma if she’s your BCBA. I had enough of her slick behind. You could be on your death bed and she’ll still be at your door wanting to do a session. Sessions started off good but she gets very annoyed/angry when you cancel sessions, almost as if she’s mad at you for a child being sick/missing appointments. After a few months I got the vibe that she’s only in it for the money. Me and my daughter loved her RBT tho, she was great to us! We started off with RBTs Amerie/who was always late or never showed up to the daycare. And the other lady who wears a hijab told my child’s teacher that being a “RBT was a side job for her” as she would also take pictures on the clock and scroll social media during session. Little did they know I had a great relationship with my daughter’s teachers. Good luck with this agency.

  My daughter is not fully in the program, but I learned more in just sitting in and listening. I have more confidence 🤞🏾that my daughter may/will learn and adapt.

  Parents: Consider sending children elsewhere. This company does not pay it's technician an appropriate wage. BT's: There are many other companies in this area that pay higher and likely offer more appropriate benefits.

  The BI's and supervisors are all friendly. They work great with the kids and parents.
