Melissa was patient and very detail-oriented. She took the time to explain my options and made sure everything was done perfectly. I also appreciated that there was neither any rush/pressure nor any upselling on add-ons/coatings. The few times I went in, there was no wait time even though I did not have an appointment. Also a shout-out to Alyssa and Leticia.
