  If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I could say I was even able to get a perception filled here. Tried to have my rx transferred and when Haggen finally did their job I was told I’d basically have to wait till they got around to it because they are too busy. The man I spoke with told me it was my fault for waiting until the last minute to transfer them! I’ve been trying to get this done for 6 days. Great customer service👏🏻 I won’t step foot in this store ever again. I’m sure they won’t care, just another warm body through their door that lines their pockets!

  Not impressed. Dropped off my prescription. Was told they were faxing my doctor, and was even “floated” 3 pills. Returned a few days later to follow up. They had no record of my prescription, or of giving me the pills. Was told it was my problem, and I was trying to make it their problem. Not even sure how to move forward if they can’t keep track of a prescription and don’t believe you when you try to follow up.

  If it wasn't for Tracy and Iniz I would have switched pharmacies. These two ladies are great at their jobs and put customer care first. The two guys they hired more recently, J and B, the same cannot be said. Rude is what we have experienced with them. Very unhelpful and condescending attitudes dealing with customer questions or needs.
