I recently picked up an order for my 91 year old mother and the prescription was wrong. Didn't realize it until we got to their home which was 3 minutes away. Called the pharmacy right away to let them know and they would not take back the prescription. It was their error and all they could say was sorry. There is no way to fix it apparently since it left the facility. I understand certain policies but this was their error and now my mother have to pay for it.

recently requested a prescription refill earlier than the computer indicated. The automated system asked me if I wanted the pharmacy to ask the doctor for approval to refill early, so I answered yes. I called back the next day to check and was told "we don't do that."

Always understaffed, never answers the phone, rude. The list goes on. I will never refill my prescriptions here again. 😞

Don't lie to your customers. I was just told by one person working the pharmacy that one prescription would be ready soon, one was over the counter, and one was waiting for instructions from the prescriber. So I go back an hour later hoping it's all resolved and the lady gives me one thing and says they don't have anything else in their system. That's a lie. Why are you lying?

Love it. Offers to give text alerts for prescription renewal making refilling a prescription a one click answer to a text message then notifies you when it's ready for pick up. Also accepts goodrx
