- DLDebbie LillieJan 18, 20261.0I recently picked up an order for my 91 year old mother and the prescription was wrong. Didn't realize it until we got to their home which was 3 minutes away. Called the pharmacy right away to let them know and they would not take back the prescription. It was their error and all they could say was sorry. There is no way to fix it apparently since it left the facility. I understand certain policies but this was their error and now my mother have to pay for it.
