The automated system is not helpful. Always work with the staff. I saw a reviewer upset that his 3 week old prescription was not ready. He clearly does not understand that pharmacies put items back if you don’t pick up in a reasonable time. All pharmacies. Unless they are overwhelmed with customers and can’t keep up.

I am editing my original post to include Andrea! She is a kind spirit, and always has a light hearted and fun demeanor that deserves recognition!
