The automated system is not helpful. Always work with the staff. I saw a reviewer upset that his 3 week old prescription was not ready. He clearly does not understand that pharmacies put items back if you don’t pick up in a reasonable time. All pharmacies. Unless they are overwhelmed with customers and can’t keep up.

I am editing my original post to include Andrea! She is a kind spirit, and always has a light hearted and fun demeanor that deserves recognition! I hope that the store manager knows what a wonderful staff are working hard at this pharmacy! I am now a permanent customer of this QFC pharmacy because of the wonderful people who have provided me with excellent customer service! Thank you Sharon and team!

On my latest visit, I was told my prescription is ready, but upon arrival, I was informed it would take another 30 minutes to prepare—this was three weeks after the prescription was first submitted. Having to wait on location for medication that should have been ready is unacceptable and a major waste of time. I cannot recommend this location based on the poor and inconsistent service.
