    Delivered wheelchair that did not match what the doctor requested and they would not correct the problem. I believe they had this one on hand and wanted to get it off thier hand. I do not recommend this company for anything.

    I HAVE HAD MY ELECTRIC WHEEL CHAIR SINCE 2020 AND ALWAYS HAD FRIENDLY PROMPT SERVICE. NEVER A COMPLAINT ! TODAY I SPOKE WITH BEN A REPAIR TECHNICIAN AND HE ORDERED ME A NEW BATTERY WITH THE SAME CONSISTENT ATTENTION CARE PATIENCE AND RESPECT THAT I HAVE COME TO KNOW AND EXPECT FROM THIS COMPANY. 2 THUMBS UP !!!!!

    We purchased a chair out of pocket due to my friend moving from another state and not being on medicade/medicare at the moment. Initially took awhile to get the fitting due to scheduling conflicts and availability. After fitting, the order took about a month with no updates to the system. The first order submitted to me for payment had a pediatric chair for teenagers on it. We were a bit confused as to why a chair that would not accommodate an adult weight capacity was requested. We then corrected NSM and gave them another chair to look at instead that would meet my friends weight requirements. Measurements were good for both chairs and NSM proceeded with the second chair. We then were given a link to observe the process from order to completion with no updates due to NSM not updating their end of the system. After a quick call, the update was made and we were able to see progress. Parts were ordered and the chair was assembled. Delivery was smooth but the tech was pretty new and it felt he didn't have a lot of experience with wheelchairs. He identified that the arm rests were not adjusted properly and wanted to raise them. However, to do so would require drilling of the premade holes to accommodate the set screws that were included. The tech did not have a drill to make the adjustment. After the tech left, my friend was using her chair and noticed a pull to the left as she coasted. We've scheduled a repair time but this should have been checked before delivery to ensure proper operation. A chair out of alignment can cause issues for the user. Things I would like to see NSM improve on: - Communication to the customer. If you provide a link to a customer to observe the process, ensure you are updating the process on your end. - Checks for proper operation of the chair before delivery. - Ensure tech is properly trained and has all tools needed for delivery and adjustments. Your tech drives a company van and should be able to store needed tools for delivery and repair. *EDIT* 18-AUG-2025 NSM came to my house and picked up the chair. They took it in and made the needed adjustments and returned it the same day. They also delivered the tools to make the adjustments myself if needed in the future. I've adjusted my rating to four stars as they have done their best effort to fix a delivery issue.

    I don't even want to leave one star due to the fact that the office staff is on coffee break all the time that's the only reason that I came up with since I have been trying for the last two weeks to talk to someone but NO ONE ANSWERS THE DARN PHONE!!!!! and they don't call back on the voice mail OR answer the email. The technician however is super great, very knowledgeable and friendly he is the only reason the company has it's doors open I'm sure. Sure wish Geniva Woods had not of sold out, they were good.
